We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these.

Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible with the specifications of the products offered for sale, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.  Oakland Collectibles is able to trace most brocante available today, so please use our contact form and let us know what you're looking for.

Copyright for the images shown on our website remains with us and further distribution of the images in whatever format may be the subject of Legal proceedings.

Use the 'Add to Cart' button to add items to your shopping cart. To place your order, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and JCB. All orders must be prepaid. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.

You, the buyer, warrant that all the details provided on the order form for the purpose of purchasing the goods are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient unused limit available to cover the cost of the goods. All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. You, the buyer, are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all requested details requested on the order form have been correctly entered.

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation.

All Orders placed on the internet will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail of the transaction. However, if we are unable to fulfil the order we will notify you by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours and the transaction may be cancelled or we will agree alternative arrangements with you.

SHIPPING COSTS

UK: Prices range from £3.50 to £16 depending on the size and value of the items.

Products are sent either via next day before midday (date to be agreed with customers) or by courier.  Prices will be between £3.50 and £25.  We appreciate that this can be seen as a lot of money but these are one-off peices and we need to be confident that the item will arrive to you in perfect condition and therefore need to ensure there is sufficient insurance in place if any damage occurs.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We pack all orders with extreme care to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. We use hardboard, bubblewrap, specialist packaging to ensure that there is the least likelihood of your item being damaged in transit.

Please note that international shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees. These will need to be met by you, the customer.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on weekdays and will require a signature

WHEN YOUR DELIVERY ARRIVES
All goods leave our shop in the condition indicated by the photograph, or by the description.  Nevertheless, damage can occur in transit.   When the goods are delivered please ensure that there is somebody available to thoroughly check the products. This will require the removal of our packaging otherwise you may not realise that there has been damage.

Please do not sign for the delivery unless you have been able to check the item is in good condition.

If after checking you find any damage please write damaged on the delivery note and state what is damaged, only then, sign the form. Our courier will return the damaged goods to us after taking photographic evidence at their Depot. Only if this procedure is followed are we able to claim the cost of damage.

If you find that you really cannot check all of the goods or the delivery driver is unable to wait you must write the word 'Damaged' regardless of whether you have found damage or not. Do not write the word 'unchecked' as this will not cover you or us for any potential claims. Failure to follow the above procedure may invalidate any claim you may have for lost or damaged goods.

Please remember it is your responsibility to check that the goods are received in good condition and do not sign the form unless you are sure.

We will not be able to enter into any claim with the courier company unless you follow the above procedure and we appreciate your help and cooperation.
